Veigo Care Intructions

First Time Use: Hand wash your new Veigo Lunchbox thoroughly with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.

Everyday Use: For best results, hand wash your Veigo® with mild dish soap, a soft sponge, and hot water immediately after use. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. While our products are dishwasher safe, you may need to buff out any water spots with a soft cloth. Note that stainless steel, like bamboo, silicone, ceramic, glass, and plastic, can scratch. Stainless steel is non-porous, unbreakable, and inert, preventing bacterial growth, broken dishes, and chemical leaching. Remove and clean the silicon ring washer gently once a week to prevent residue buildup.

Special Instructions:

• Use bleach-free dishwasher detergent.
• Avoid harsh detergents and dishwasher pods.
• Choose a low temperature or eco-friendly dishwasher cycle.
• Use a hard water dishwasher booster if needed.
• Avoid heavy-duty cleaning products with bleach or citrus (phosphate level below 3%).
• Avoid prolonged contact with acidic foods and drinks.
• Do not soak products in water for long periods.
• Skip the heated drying cycle; open the dishwasher door to air dry.
• Avoid steel wool, coarse scrubbing pads, or abrasive cleaning tools.
• If rust appears, dampen the area and clean with a soft sponge and baking soda.
