I am very happy with the customer service. While placing the order for customized lunch boxes, there was a typo from my end. Although the name was already engraved, I received a call from Veigo for clarification and it was redone.
However, the lid of one of the boxes (medium size) is slightly defective. One of the locks keeps slipping out.
