I ordered from Amazon but they could not deliver, at first the insulated case was missing and then later the colour and case both were not upto the mark.
But finally the seller got in touch and he was very humble and generous in helping me. The seller also offered me good discount for purchasing directly from the website and sent me the peoduct via air to compensate for my loss of time. Overall a very pleasant experience in buying from the Veigo wesbite directly. The product and packing was tested and was in good condition.
The tower lunch boxes are exactly what i needed the because i can carry them straight in my bag. No fear of spilling. And they are the only one in market with steel body and steel lid covered in plastic.
The only feedback I had is that the plastic locks have uneven protrusions which can cause slight cuts or injuries, they could be smoothened out by sandpaper when finishing the product during manufacturing process..
